TCO became a reliable source and a primer supplier of many services. TCO has won long term blanket agreements with Saudi Aramco, Sabic, SEC and many EPCs working in the field. also became a technical training center for
the local expertise in this field. TCO has the capability to expand the solutions platform to cover new challenges.
Pipeline inspection
In 2012 TCO launched its inline pipeline inspection (ILI) services to serve Saudi Aramco pipelines maintaining safe and reliable operation for all pipelines networks. TCO provides solutions to both scrabble and non-scrabble pipelines among on/oshore networks for water injection and Oil & Gas utilizing MFL (Magnetic Flux Leakage), UT (Ultrasound) and UTCD technologies (Ultrasound crack Detection) to support clients by having a reliable data on metal loss, corrosion rate and crack conditions for the pipelines. In addition to the inspection, TCO provides water supplement services (flushing), cleaning program for pipelines and caliber services.
TCO - pipeline inspection facilities are strategically located at the second industrial Area / Dammam eastern province of Saudi Arabia, this location allows TCO to respond quickly to the short notices for mobilization of its tools and team. TCO has a high capability to cover inspection of more than 5,000 linear KM of pipelines over a year.
Thermal Coating Services
Since 2013 Ali A. Al-Tamimi Trading and Contracting Company (TCO) applied for first time in Gulf region the surface protec- tion solutions. TCO conducted many jobs during shutdowns helping customers solve metal wastage and reliability problems in mission-critical equipment and provide solutions to corrosion and erosion problems in challenging operating environments.
